The AI Customer Support Platform is an intelligent, scalable chatbot system powered by Groq's LLaMA 3.3 70B large language model, deployed on AWS EKS with enterprise-grade DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security operations. The platform processes customer queries in real-time, leverages Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to search company knowledge bases, caches responses in Redis to optimize costs, and supports document uploads (PDF, Word, Excel) as additional context.
This project demonstrates a complete production infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), comprehensive observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana), and security operations (Wazuh SIEM, Trivy scanning, Checkov policy validation).
